Schedule of works
We understand that some
clients are unaware of the processes involved in construction projects, so our
schedule of works clearly indicates all aspects of work to be undertaken with
time frames for each aspect. The need for detailed explanations is not a
requirement but provides clarity and makes the construction process unambiguous
to residents.
Payment Schedule
The schedule reflects
the work to be taken each week and each individual aspect to be undertaken.
Dependent upon the size of the project, a payment for the first stage of the
construction is not usually required, which puts the client a head of the
schedule from the first stage. This is done to offer clients peace of mind, and
the payment acts as a contingency cost. Payments are then to be paid upon
completion and inspection by building inspector (if required) for each individual
aspect.
By the end of the
project there is the payment owed from the first stage which is paid by the
client to ABLS once the completion certificate has been received from the
local authorities.
We
understand that client personal finances are different and as we have sourced
and used various materials manufacturers over the years, and we get our prices
direct, saving the profits made by suppliers.
