What we do...

 

We have Project Managers with over 35 yrs experience, and we take on all jobs from designing, building, and Landscaping within the residential sector. We will provide you with a builder or team of builders who take on all labour and supply all materials needed for any project. Our services range from full home refurbishment, New Build Homes, House extension, Landscaping projects, painting and decorating, kitchen & bathroom fitting. All trades men are certified by their governing bodies and are covering by public liability insurance.

 

We are familiar with all the modern and traditional methods of construction, whether it be wood, steel, or concrete, we will recommend the most durable cost effective technique able to exceed the basic requirements of regulations, maximising space, durability and performance.

  • We have trade accounts with major building material suppliers able to reduce material costs by 28% overall.
  • Our Tradesmen also have most of the high powered equipment and Plant Machinery required in the construction process, reducing the need to hire equipment, reducing costs for the client

Recession Recovery Scheme...

 

      The Recession Recovery Scheme was established in 2012 as an initiative to get out of work tradesmen back into work. Due to the current economic climate, many skilled Tradesmen have been made redundant or are unable to find work, and with an increased supply, demand is still low due to economic conditions.

  • To Provide Skilled Tradesmen to residents at a cost saving of approximately 28% 
  • Efficient supply chain management to get materials at a reduce rate of approx 36%, as we have direct accounts with manufacturers
  • To ensure work is still undertaken legitimately as opposed to cash in hand scenario's so work is undertaken competently and backed by insurance
  • Training Schemes have been established with many training providers, and trainees are available to assist for practical experience at no cost except there liability and medical insurance
